Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds and Exchanges 
We understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit. To support our customers while protecting our small business, we offer an exchange-only policy.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery or unworn items in original condition and packaging.
• Refunds are only issued if the product arrives defective or if the incorrect item was sent.
• Return shipping costs for exchanges, defective, incorrect are the responsibility of the customer.
• Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Exchanges may be refused if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or use.
• Sale items, discounted items, or limited edition drops are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged.
