Shipping Policy – Standard & Premium Versions

STANDARD SHIPPING POLICY (COMPETITIVE)
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery items depend on destination and selected shipping methods.

Shipping Locations
QUANTO VOLTAGGIO currently ships within Canada and the United States. International shipping may be available in select countries depending on carrier availability.

Shipping Rates                                         Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Tracking
Tracked shipping is provided on most orders. Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been shipped.

 

Customs, Duties & Import Fees   International orders, including U.S. orders, may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Delivery Delays
QUANTO VOLTAGGIO is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

 

Shipping to Apartments, Condos & PO Boxes
Yes, we ship to all residential & business addresses, PO Boxes, and virtual mailboxes.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
If an issue occurs, contact us within 7 days of marked delivered status or within 48 hours for damaged items (with photos).

Wrong Address Policy
If the provided address is incorrect and returned to us, reshipment costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Vending & Pop-Up Purchases
Final sale. Exchange for manufacturing defects within 7 days with proof of purchase.
